We've introduced social distancing and enhanced hygiene measures to protect you, our staff and our volunteers.
Our team are sanitising surfaces frequently and washing their hands regularly.
Hand sanitisers are available on each table and the walls.
Our team will be wearing appropriate protective equipment and a Perspex screen has been installed at the counter.
Card or contactless payment is preferable.
Outdoor Seating (reopening 28 April)
Following Government guidance, it is essential that you book a table if you would like to sit outside. We will be offering 1-hour time slots - 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm.
Eating in (Currently Closed)
You’ll notice our tables will be spaced out to meet the Welsh Government’s social distancing guidance. Tables will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
If you wish to eat indoors, please be aware that it’s a legal requirement for us to collect your details (either via a QR code or on paper). If required, the data will be shared with the NHS Wales Test, Trace and Protect programme to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus. Look out for the QR codes on display or ask our team for support.
All data collected is secure and temporary.
Your data will be held temporarily for 21 days and then deleted. It will NOT be used by Wales Air Ambulance for any other purpose.
The only place your data may be shared is through the NHS Wales Test, Trace and Protect service for them to contact you if there’s a local outbreak of COVID-19.

Takeaways (From Sunday 18 April)
Our takeaway service will continue. If you purchase items to take away, you’ll not be required to give us your details for NHS Wales Test, Trace and Protect programme.
